A photographer and book artist, Cathryn has had solo exhibitions at the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies at Harvard University; the Centro Hispano-Americano de Cultura in Havana; the Erie (Pennsylvania) History Center; the Museum of Arts and Sciences in Daytona Beach, Florida; Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida; and the Coconut Grove Arts Festival Gallery in Miami, Florida. Her work was exhibited in the Havana Biennial 2009.
Cathryn created a limited edition handmade artist’s book, Weaving Hopes and Prayers, which was acquired for their collections by the Art Institute of Chicago, Boston Public Library, Getty Research Institute, Mount Holyoke College, Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, National Museum of Women in the Arts, Smith College, Temple University, University of Utah and Wellesley College.
